1. Products & pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD).
We sell professional automotive detailing chemicals for personal or commercial use as labeled. Follow all label directions and safety guidance.
We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel orders if necessary (with refund of amounts charged).

2. Orders & payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. A contract of sale forms when payment is successfully authorized.
You represent that payment details are yours and that the shipping address is accurate.
Applicable sales tax may be collected where required by US law.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days; transit estimates are 3–7 business days after processing. Full details: Shipping & Returns.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (scraping abuse, fraud, attacks).
Do not resell products in a way that misrepresents the brand without written permission (wholesale program available separately).

5. Disclaimers

Products are provided as described. Results depend on surface condition, application method, and environment. To the fullest extent permitted by US law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond any express limited guarantee stated on product pages or packaging. Some states do not allow certain limitations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where exclusion is allowed.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, logos, copy, and product names are owned by Elite Detail Depot or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the merchant is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in US courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your state.
